By accessing the UnveiledData.ai website or using the Unveiled software platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or software. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and licensees of the Unveiled platform.

Unveiled is licensed, not sold. Upon execution of a licensing agreement, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Unveiled software on your designated infrastructure, subject to the terms of your specific license agreement. The license scope, number of users, deployment environment, and support terms are defined in your individual licensing agreement.

The Unveiled platform is intended for lawful purposes including: -Internal corporate investigations -Regulatory compliance monitoring -Legal discovery and litigation support -Ethics and misconduct investigations -Fraud detection and prevention -Risk management and audit You agree to use the software in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and your organization's policies.

You agree not to: -Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software -Sublicense, lease, rent, or distribute the software to third parties -Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks -Use the software for purposes that violate applicable law -Attempt to access systems or data beyond your authorized scope -Use the software to conduct surveillance in violation of privacy laws -Share access credentials with unauthorized individuals

The Unveiled software, including its source code, algorithms, models, user interface, documentation, and all related intellectual property, is owned exclusively by UnveiledData.ai. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. Your license grants you the right to use the software as specified — not to own, modify, or redistribute it.

Your data remains yours. Unveiled processes data entirely on your infrastructure. We do not access, store, transmit, or have visibility into any data you process using the software. -All investigation data, communications, analysis results, and audit logs reside on your systems -The software operates without internet connectivity (air-gapped capable) -No telemetry, usage data, or analytics are transmitted to UnveiledData.ai -You are solely responsible for the data you process and the conclusions you draw We act as a software licensor, not a data processor. Your organization maintains full data controllership.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the licensing relationship. This includes pricing, technical documentation, deployment architecture, and any information marked as confidential. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the license for a period of three (3) years.

We warrant that the software will perform substantially in accordance with its documentation when used as intended. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will detect all instances of misconduct or compliance violations. The software is a tool to assist investigations — professional judgment remains essential.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UNVEILEDDATA.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THEORY OF LIABILITY. Our total aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnveiledData.ai from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: -Your use of the software -Your violation of these terms -Your violation of applicable law -Any investigation findings or conclusions derived from the software -Any data breach on your infrastructure

Either party may terminate the license agreement as specified in the individual licensing agreement. Upon termination: -Your right to use the software ceases immediately -You must uninstall and destroy all copies of the software -Provisions regarding confidentiality, liability, and indemnification survive termination We may suspend or terminate access to the website at any time without notice.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless otherwise agreed in your licensing agreement.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active licensees. Continued use of the website or software after changes constitutes acceptance.
